By law you need to give your celebrant at least one month's notice by signing your Notice Of Intended Marriage. You will need to produce your original birth certificates or passports as ID. and a divorce or death certificate for a previous marriage.
Your marriage will be registered with BDM following the ceremony.
While most couples choose a Saturday to hold their weddings, you can get married any time you wish. I am happy to help you celebrate any day of the week at any time. Most couples choose mid afternoon for their ceremony, followed by an evening reception but a late morning ceremony is also a great time for a lunch time celebration.
During your ceremony, you will need to say certain vows to make your marriage legal. Vows are like promises you make to each other as you begin your life journey together.
